Growing Mindful Classes and Workshops

  • Building Resilience in Sports

    - Are your players having a hard time managing their emotions?
    - Do they struggle after making mistakes?
    - Do they perform well at practice and sometimes struggle during games?

Our Building Resilience in Baseball Coaches Workshop explores the science of mindfulness and resilience and why they matter in baseball. We equip coaches with practical evidence-based tools and techniques to help players manage the ups and downs of the game and strengthen team camaraderie.
