After-School Class Registration

When children practice mindfulness it has been shown to reduce reactivity and stress, and helps to improve focus, cognitive performance, ability to resolve conflicts, social skills, impulse control, self-awareness, and resilience.

Growing Mindful’s after-school classes combine art, games, STEAM, and movement exercises with powerful evidence-based tools to equip students with the skills to boost their confidence, resilience, and discover their inner superpowers.

In our Building Resilience with Mindfulness classes we focus on developing skills to help us navigate life's challenges with more confidence and self-compassion. We practice: regulating big emotions, focusing our attention, breathing techniques, identifying personal strengths, positive self-talk, building a growth mindset, happiness strategies, kindness and gratitude.

Each session covers new curriculum. All beginners welcome!
