Private Workshops

Organize a group of 6 or more students and we’ll create curriculum tailored to the interests and needs of the group for your own customized in-person or online workshop(s).

We integrate topics relating to happiness strategies, understanding and regulating our emotions, triggers, thoughts and self-talk, breathing techniques, worries and anxiety, mindful movement and eating, self-compassion, kindness and empathy, gratitude, making mistakes, growth mindset, and so much more!
